About the Company

Burris Engineers, Inc. was created in May of 2007.  Our Mission is to help the electrical industry achieve its goal of keeping everyone and everything safe from the hazards of electricity by providing products that are 100% Code Compliant and Technically Excellent to all involved with the installation and usage of electricity.  Our Vision is to achieve our mission while maintaining the highest degree of Customer Service & Satisfaction.

  • Code Compliance - Not only meeting National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements, but all other codes that effect electrical installations and usage (International Building Code, National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), various NFPA Standards, various local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements), etc.
  • Technical Excellence - Meeting the NEC and other codes is the minimum requirement.  Technical Excellence provides not only the application of industry standards (IEEE, NFPA, etc.), but also the most cost efficient and effective way to install
  • Customer Service & Satisfaction- We believe Effective Communications provides the path to customer satisfaction:
    • Clear Upfront Communications - clearly defining scope of services needed, and then documenting what the task is, what the deliverables are, and what the deadline is.
    • Updates/Check-ins - provide status updates so you'll know how the job is progressing, and feel confident that your job is being worked on.  There may also be questions from us for clarity to make sure we're on the right track.  We can also let you know if unforseen conditions have changed the original scope and/or schedule, and what we're doing to mitigate the situation.
    • Final Review and Approval - reviewing the final product before acceptance is a way to make sure you're happy with the end product.  And if you're not happy, we'll work with you until you are!
